Enlargement removal - can I be restored back to my pre-enlargement state?

I had an enlargement done about 18 months ago and the first 6 months were great. Skin was firm and stiff when erect. Afterwards the skin became less firm and looser. I'm now thinking about having it undone if possible. Not sure if this issue can be fixed or at least restored back to pre enlargement.
