It's hard to say. I mostly use Radiesse when I am not using fat to enhance girth. The G-prime of Radiesse is greater than that of Voluma and that is why I prefer Radiesse over Voluma. Having said that, I usually use 10-12 cc's of Radiesse to increase girth anywhere from 0.5 to 1 inch when it's done the 1st time, but a lot will depend on the length of the penis. For a penis, your size 10 to 12 cc's might be needed to get you to 0.5 to 0.75 ccs

Several options are available for penile enlargement. Lengthening procedures with division of the ligaments which attach the penis to the pubic bone and surrounding tissues may increase length.  Stretching devices make the procedure more effective and increase the chance of success.
