I am 7.4 bone pressed in lenght and 4.7 in girth. How much filler to use to increase penis girth to 5.2" in girth? I considered pmma filler and fft. I wish to have penile enhancement procedure done asap. How much can I gain with 7.5cc? 3 syringes?

It's hard to say. I mostly use Radiesse when I am not using fat to enhance girth. The G-prime of Radiesse is greater than that of Voluma and that is why I prefer Radiesse over Voluma. Having said that, I usually use 10-12 cc's of Radiesse to increase girth anywhere from 0.5 to 1 inch when it's done the 1st time, but a lot will depend on the length of the penis. For a penis, your size 10 to 12 cc's might be needed to get you to 0.5 to 0.75 ccs

The amount of temporary filler needed depends on several factors, namely your size flaccid and erect. In general we find Voluma to work best for those seeking a temporary solution. With your above average size and to achieve an increase of .5 inches AFTER the swelling subsides, I would estimate you need 15cc realistically at 800$ per cc. Also expect two separate visits. Several options are available for penile enlargement. Lengthening procedures with division of the ligaments which attach the penis to the pubic bone and surrounding tissues may increase length.  Stretching devices make the procedure more effective and increase the chance of success.
Increases in girth up to 25% may be obtained with fat grafting or injection of fillers (Radiesse, Sculptra, Restylane, Juvederm.  When fat is injected 50-100 cc are typically injected, expecting 40%-50% to reabsorb. Radiesse comes in 1.5cc syringes max.
Lately PRP injections have been utilized for penile enhancement.  Stimulation of circulation and collagen synthesis may result in improved sensation and sexual pleasure.  
Liposuction of the pubic fat is helpful to increase penile projection in overweight men.
