There are different ways to restore the foreskin depending on what the condition is, but filler injection is not the way to do it. Fillers may migrate into the foreskin causing a condition called phimosis with thickening of the foreskin resulting in inability to pull the foreskin back, thus making it difficult to clean and may result in infection.
