I am wondering if this really helps with swelling and bruising? I am going in for a tt and breast aug July 6 and would like to start taking or know what I can take after to help out. Does anyone recommend this?
Hi, im a 38 y.o. female . I had a tummy tuck July 2022 . I have been doing everthing thats has been suggested. I been in compression around the clock since the day of surgery. I had over 7 post opt massages ,using arnica gel, drink arnica tea daily, light exercise , drinking water , and pineapple juice. I blow up like a can of biscuits as soon as i take the garment off. I still have a flap of fat and love handles. Will this resolve itself or a another procedure is needed
I've read a lot about taking multi-vitamins (without vitamin E), Arnica Montana, and Bromelain pre and post-op. I normally take a multi-vitmain, vitamin C, calicium + vitamin D, magnesium, iron, and fish oil. I'm down to just my calcium and vitamin C to avoid vitamin E and other supplements that were on my list of "do not take 2 weeks prior to surgery." Are Arnica Montana and Bromelain necessary or even safe? I'm worried they may trigger migraines (which I have a history of)or be unsafe.
Hello I am getting a mommy makeover in ten days. My surgeon advised me to take arnica two weeks prior. I purchased arnica montana 30x. On the bottle it states that I should take four tablets a day. I have been however I'm not sure if that is the correct dosage. I have been getting a worried feeling lately and I'm not sure if its my nerves or the arnica. Is 4 tablets a day safe for two weeks before and after surgery?
I'm scheduled for a BL with Augment and a modified mini TT with complete muscle repair and lipo to contour in May. My PS gave the go ahead to take arnica. I found an article that suggested the brand Vitamedica Arnica Montana tablets (3pills 3xday) and Bromelaine with Quercetin (3 days prior and 7 days post) Have you seen any reduction in bruising and swelling with these products?
