Hello I had a seroma above my belly button following a mini tt with diastasis repair. It was aspirated twice and then attempted to aspirate a third and fourth time, but there was no fluid and it seems the seroma resolved. Unfortunately the area still bulges and looks very swollen. Why is this if there is no fluid? Will this go away? Im still so swollen after six weeks and I am very upset I did this. I look so much worse that I did before.
There is a crease that extends from my navel to my scare. I am concern this may not correct itself. Even in the morning when swelling is minimal the crease is there ? Will this resolve on its own?
Good morning. I had a mini tummy tuck 6 weeks ago, followed by large hematoma that needed to be drained, scar is healing well but have been laying down for 4 weeks and I am usually a runner so try to keep fit. Since the op Ive been experiencing pins and needles in the left thigh with a little bit of numbness, and also at times in my hands. Is this due to surgery or because of all the changes in habit like laying down, laying on back, no exercise? Just wanted a second opinion please.
I had a mini tummy tuck 6 weeks ago and I am very concerned about the bulge/overhang above my incision. My surgeon says this will resolve on its own but from the look of it I am concerned it will not and I will need a revision. Some is swelling that fluctuates, and at first for the first two weeks the bulge was not present and my stomach was completely flat-is it possible this bulge forms as healing progresses and will it go away?
