I had a scarless lip-lift 16 months ago, where the incisions were done inside my top lip. I had swelling for weeks, with the worst of it concentrated in the middle part of my top lip. My surgeon performed 2 rounds of injections to try and reduce the swelling, which didnt work. He then cut away more skin inside my top lip, but I am still left with a bubble in the middle of my top lip, which hides my teeth when I smile. Should I consider surgical removal of this seroma?
I am very concerned as I had a lip lift and my swelling never resolved. There is swelling in my cheek area which makes me look like a chipmunk. Other than talking to my doctor which Ive done, what can I do. What could have caused it and how do I fix it
I am struggling with the look of my lip lift. My lip was very slow to settle, The swelling is only going down now and its still numb and tight. I have had steroid injections to help I but its still does not look natural or subtle. The center has been super elevated, pulling the sides down into a frown. I have almost no corner to my lips, the sides are very thin and basically disappear so the Center being so high made me look like pinched and puckered. What are my options?
I had a lip lift 15 years ago with deep sutures. During over exertive facial exercise, the deep sutures on the right tore. My nose instantly swelled and moved to left and blocked, columellar dropped. Would a needed revision rectify these problems? I had philtrum enhancing originally. My nasal base is loose and nares flare with smiling, talking now. Thanks
I had nose job 9 months ago, after that space between lips and nose is 2cm, it looks very bad. 3 months ago I had removing silicon (lip surgary) from my lips, because I wanted them to be smaller to do lip lift. my lips are not small at all, after lip surgary I still have a lot of swelling, and its worst, it was better 2 montsh ago. I dont know will it go away, and I dont know what to do to shorten that space between nose and lips. Is there any solution for me?
Hi, I underwent a bullhorn lip lift about 4 years ago. It was a great result. Swelling for months, looked like a fish. Once the swelling settled it was apparent that the corners of my mouth were not lifted and have been left with downturned corners giving my lips a very narrow look. Is it possible to correct this issue with a corner lip lift or any other method? I have searched online and unable to identify a surgeon who does the corner lip lift in Sydney. Any advice is appreciated.
