Lip lift 6 months ago, weird shaped lip. What are my options? (Photo)

Hi, it appears that the central nasal part of your lip was elevated more than the lateral part or facial part of your lip. This can be improved with the lateral corner lip lift, as well as some fat, grafting laterally. This does involve the revision of the scar laterally, as well as new incisions on the corner of the mouth. This would give the best possible chance of more of a symmetric upper lip.

You could have a revision to bring up the sides/corners of the top lip to create a better shape and even out the height in the middle. This would involve making new incisions by the corners of your nose. Unfortunately there is no way to undo a lip lift, and revisions involve new scars. You could consider trying a lip flip. This involves using a small amount of Botox above the top lip to see if that would lift the corners of the lip. Although this is temporary and does not guarantee the outcome you are looking for.
