I am struggling with the look of my lip lift. My lip was very slow to settle, The swelling is only going down now and it’s still numb and tight. I have had steroid injections to help I but it’s still does not look natural or subtle. The center has been super elevated, pulling the sides down into a frown. I have almost no corner to my lips, the sides are very thin and basically disappear so the Center being so high made me look like pinched and puckered. What are my options?

The ratio of nose to lip over lip to chin in your face is less than 1/2. In my opinion it should definitely be more than 1/2 and preferably be 1/3. I would obviously have to see your entire face, examine you and get a sense that this procedure will benefit you and make you happy before I could...
You would be a good candidate for a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.
