Since about a month ago, I realized these blisters on my lips andunder my nose. What could they be? My lips have been tingling from time to time, and gets red along the borders of my lips (perhaps the injection site of the fillers) sometimes. But the tingles and redness goes down after a few hours and it comes back every few days. Im worried the lip fillers I got 6 months ago is causing an allergic reaction or infection.
I havent had lip filler done for at least 2.5 years. The last time I did, it was .5 and then a year before that was another .5. Noticed these blisters about 8 months ago. They never changed in size etc just noticed they were there. Assumed it was blisters as I noticed I was sucking on my lip often without knowing. I saw someone about it and they said it was lip filler.
I had lip fillers almost 18 months ago. After getting them, my top lip rolled under and it caused a crooked smile. I had some of it dissolved and have a very large blister or ulcer that has formed under my top lip in the gumarea? I saw a plastic surgeon who injected some more dissolver in it but he is also unsure of what this is. Can this be filler that migrated or something else?
I am planning on going in for a lip filler touch up, and wanted to get an opinion on why I seem to get these weird lip filler bubbles after, always in the same area. I'm not sure if it's a cold sore, blister, or what else. Massaging it does not help. It seems to take a month to go away. I don't even know what it is.
I got my lips filled with less than 1ml of filler (unknown what kind). I noticed a blister like bump forming a few hours after the treatment. Two days after treatment it became more like a blister so I went to check with a doctor who didnt inject it but was in charge of organising it. He told me it was like a blister that will go down. Three days on and the bump has not improved or worsened. It doesnt hurt but its bruised.
I had 1ml of a hyaluronic acid filler about 6 hours ago. I immediately developed a blood blister and a blue-purple bruise has been persistent above my lip ever since. I am not experiencing pain, just a little bit of tenderness, however I can't help but worry that this might be a vascular occlusion since it is so scary to look at it, and I am noticing some paleness. Is this normal?
I got lip fillers in Mexico on Oct 22nd, I know bumps and some swelling is normal after procedure. I noticed a small bump inside my lip two days after, I reached out to the doctor and asked me to massage it and it was normal. About a day ago I noticed that bump was now outside my lip and it is noticeable, it looks like a clear blister. Its not painful but it feels solid. My doctor keeps telling me its normal? Procedure was done via cannula with restalin
Sorry if this is a gross question but Im worried and my clinic isnt open til Monday. I have a cold sore on my lip which cracked and opened when I was talking earlier. I could feel and see it leaking some clear liquid (it wasnt thick) right after so not sure if this is normal (like something from a blister) of if its filler coming out. Ive had the filler a few months so it is settled but my lip is swollen due to the cold sore so its hard to tell if Ive lost filler. Could it have happened?
