I got lip injections two weeks ago. The left side of my upper lip is much bigger than the other side. I thought it would disappear with swelling but it's still uneven. Is this normal? Does swelling sometimes last more than two weeks? I'm very upset because I feel like my doctor did this on purpose so that I would have to go back but I don't have the money to go back again. This is the first time I've done anything cosmetic and so far, will be the last.
It has been two weeks since I had fillers. It is still stiff and a bit lumpy on the bottom but seems to be healing properly. Two or three days ago I started to notice a pimple had formed on my lip and there is black on the tip of it but it seems to be inside of the pimple. Any ideas on what this would be? It also feels like a pimple and hurt but is no longer hurting.
Hi. I had 5mm Permalip implants placed into both of my lips two weeks ago. The swelling seems to be completely gone. From the side they look horrific. Especially the top lip. I can feel part of the implant sitting above the border on my top lip. (Especially near the sides.) was this implant too big for my upper lip? Could it be realigned to not look so duck like? Could it still be swelling?(very doubtful if that since I can feel the implant sitting above the lip.) what should I do? Pleas help.:(
I have bumps on the top lip when I smile and it's making me self conscious...It's been 2 weeks since my lips were done. I don't really want to get injected with dissolver because it' takes me a while to heal from injections and I bruise easilt (Ive got to go to work and serve people all day and I usually take time off for fillers)
2 weeks ago I had 0.3 injected into my upper and lower lip to try and fill out the lips from previous filler. But now they're so hard to touch and feel extremely unnatural, and they throb a little after rolling them? When I grab my lips they feel like cylinders, but they don't look swollen at all and the woman I get them done at is extremely well known and I experienced minimal bruising. Would injecting a small amount of hyaluronidase be able to soften them?
Hello, I had lip fillers done 2 weeks and a half ago which resulted in a bruise on the right side of my lower lip. Since then a lump formed in that area and won't go away. It's been over 2 weeks and the bruise is gone so I'm worried it just settled there forever. It's only visible when I smile but I feel very self conscious about it. Do you know what could be done to make it disappear? Or do you think it's the bruise and it will eventually go away? Thank you
