No, the anti-inflammatory medications should not affect your filler results. We do recommend that patients stop certain anti-inflammatory medications prior to filler treatments to minimize bruising. At this point after your treatment, you should be able to return to all normal activities.

If you have excessive inflammation then you should take the ibuprofen. If you have bruising then that will follow its due course anyway regardless of whether you take ibuprofen or not. So if you need some meds for a headache, feel free to take them.
