Ive always had a bit of fat under my chin and a weak jawline. But lately I feel like my lower face is saggy, when I smile I have these fat pads and I just feel like my face is too wide. I asked my injector about masseter Botox but she said it would make my jowls worse. Id just like to know what my options are. I def want to make a change just need to know what direction to go. Thanks for any help.
One side of my jaw is larger than the other and its been a huge self confidence issue for me for a long time. Im almost 30 and have EDS so my skin seems to be sagging a bit now and i think that is contributing even more to my selfconsiousness. Im wondering if there are non surgical ways to help balance out my face or if I just need to get a surgery?
Hi, 8 months ago I had a chin wing, the movements were small (Im 35F). I had a recessed chin with a saggy bottom lip thats now been solved, but my face went from V to U. It looks longer and burlier, and I hate it so much Im considering reversal/reduction. My questions: 1. Can a reversal/reduction be done without compromising chin support? 2. Will it cause neck/chin tissue sag, and can something be done to prevent it at the same time? Thank you.
I had a chin reduction to correct a witch's chin deformity, as I disliked the look of my chin when I smiled. After the surgery my chin looked droopy and crooked, and appeared as if it had too much soft tissue. I had a revision done, but was left with a chin that was even worse than before. My face has now become saggy and very heavy, and my chin looks like a droopy ball of soft tissue. It is crooked and slides to one side when i talk and smile. I am extremely depressed.
I'm a female and I think I have a very masculine looking head shape. Would a Jaw reduction be an option for me in order to look more feminine? And also why are my cheeks asymmetrical? Is the asymmetry noticeable and how can i get a more symmetrical face? I'm 20 years old and my cheeks have been sagging for a long time. What is the cause of this? Could it possibly be related to my recessed chin? Furthermore, my face always looks very chubby regardless of skinny I am. What is the explanation for this?
Hi, Im 19 and one side of my jaw looks completely different from the other; its longer, weaker and affects my face, with sagging skin that is even causing one half to develop fine lines and droop down. Its slightly awkward to close my mouth and my ear pops on that side when I open my jaw too wide. I have pain sometimes, but although Ive always noticed this about my face it seems to be getting worse.
Im 38 with very fair skin that is mostly in decent condition with no visible wrinkles yet. I also have some red pigmentation and one ice pick scar on my chin from recently healed adult acne (hormonal reaction to birth control and now gone) Im seeing the beginning of my jaw sagging on either side, which is how my mother aged. Ive never had fillers and want to look natural.
