Can I fix chin reduction gone wrong, what happened to my face?

Mysteryba
I had a chin reduction to correct a witch's chin deformity, as I disliked the look of my chin when I smiled. After the surgery my chin looked droopy and crooked, and appeared as if it had too much soft tissue. I had a revision done, but was left with a chin that was even worse than before. My face has now become saggy and very heavy, and my chin looks like a droopy ball of soft tissue. It is crooked and slides to one side when i talk and smile. I am extremely depressed.
