Masseter Botox or Jaw shave? (Photo)

How do I know that my square jaw is due to the masseter muscle? Would a botox be effective on me or should I consider a mandibular angle jaw with maybe a chin shave? Would the botox/shave cause skin sagging?

It appears in the few photos that you have a deep mentolabial fold and a short chin. You may benefit from a lengthening genioplasty. This will provide better lower facial balance and diminish your deep mentolabial fold. It will not increase your jaw size as your horizontal projections is fine.
