Masseter Botox or Jaw shave? (Photo)

Question

How do I know that my square jaw is due to the masseter muscle? Would a botox be effective on me or should I consider a mandibular angle jaw with maybe a chin shave? Would the botox/shave cause skin sagging?

Botox, in combination with jawline shaving will help with the issue. Botox alone will give you some result, but the best result would be bony manipulation. We can do the procedure with liposuction contouring of the face, and threads, so you wont have skin sagging. Because you are still young, sagging is not much of a issue,
