I’m 38 with very fair skin that is mostly in decent condition with no visible wrinkles yet. I also have some red pigmentation and one ice pick scar on my chin from recently healed adult acne (hormonal reaction to birth control and now gone) I’m seeing the beginning of my jaw sagging on either side, which is how my mother aged. I believe you are referring to the non-linear type of jawline shape where the jawline curves inward between the ends. (chin and jaw angles) This would require reduction of the thickness of the bone between the chin and jaw angles which would be done from an intraoral approach.
