What's the best initial treatment for a sagging jawline? (Photo)

I’m 38 with very fair skin that is mostly in decent condition with no visible wrinkles yet. I also have some red pigmentation and one ice pick scar on my chin from recently healed adult acne (hormonal reaction to birth control and now gone) I’m seeing the beginning of my jaw sagging on either side, which is how my mother aged. I’ve never had fillers and want to look natural.

It is difficult to tell from your pictures but I do not think fillers would be my first choice for you.  I do believe there is a lot of non-invasive "friendly" treatments that can be done with an esthetician that can help with the texture of your skin, acne scarring, and your jawline.  I would suggest you research a board -certified plastic surgeon that has qualified estheticians as part of his/her practice and start there.  Good luck!
