I have overbite problem and lower teeth are overcrowded. Doctor promised no IPR but actually he used 2 excuses, Ill cut the side of the teeth to make it smoother to move and you have some plaques I will clean up to do it, and that is a non revertable process so I regret so much now. The wrapping of my Invisalign says IPR but the doctor still denied. Plus he didnt told me he chose Invisalign Lite, and basically he only moved front teeth, now center of upper and lower teeth dont align.
I started Invisalign in June of 2015. I was told I was the perfect candidate and my case was minor. The treatment should have ended that December. I have been switched from dentist to dentist 4 times by my provider, I have been through 4 sets of impressions/trays, with no end in sight. The trays are just not working the way they were promised. Is there ANY way I can get a refund for this? I feel like I paid $4000 for a service that over promised and has underdelivered for 2 years now.
I'm now at the end of my first refinement with invisalign but still it didn't resolve my midline and bite issues. My dentist isn't an orthodontist. Now I went to an orthodontist and she said there's no way Invisalign can correct my midline and my bite issue (since 4 of my molars are tipped). Why did my dentist tell me that Invisalign was for me in the first place? I feel like I wasted time and money. Since my dentist is not doing braces, you think he would give a refund or part of it?
I signed for Invisalign, 2k downpayment. I get my impressions done. Was told to wait 3 weeks for my aligners to come in. 3 weeks are here, instead I get a call saying I need to retake my impressions. Instead of scheduling an appointment to get my molds retaken, I ask to cancel. The staff then proceeds to tell me that I cannot cancel because they already sent out the information to Invisalign. Im lost here. they don't have my proper molds, I don't have my alligners why cant I get a refund?
I started Invisalign over a year ago, and now after the 16+ months and 1 refinement, the Dentist came back to me and said that the results I want (2mm intrustion) are not obtainable from Invisalign. What? I went back into the office to get additinal impressions for a 2nd refinement. Then after 2 months of not hearing my dentist she finally called and said that a 2mm intrusion is not possible with Invisalign. Can I get a refund? I feel like I shoudn't have been a candidate in the 1st place.
If both my invislign treatment ($4,000) and tmj treatment ($2,500) fails? I have been 3 months into my invislign treatment and i have yet to see even the slightest results. I also still have significant tmj pain. Is it possible to get most if not all my money back if these treatment fails, i mean my orthodontist highly assured me that these treatments would fix my tmj problem and i feel i have been taking advantage. I am paying a heavy amount of money for results.
i'm 15, & about a year ago my dentist told me i was the perfect canidate for invisalign, i had crowded teeth, & he showed me the before & after pictures, & i was very pleased. after getting 4 teeth pulled, i started wearing my trays. i wore every single one, except when eating. i've reached my last tray & i'm not pleased at all! my teeth still look TERRIBLE! my parents pay a lot of money for this, over 7k, can we get a refund, or regular braces with no extra cost?
I recently attended a consult for Invisalign. I was told at that appointment I should be able to have my invisalign at a (staff rate) being half price, if I go ahead with them soon. Impressions were taken and sent of to Invisalign, and when they came back and I had the chance to view the 3D technology, he told me that he couldnt get the staff discount and I would have to pay full fee! Im really disappointed, as I didnt have that type of money. Also if I knew that would have happened I would not have gone ahead with treatment until I had the money. Would I be able to get the money I paid for the initial impressions being $550?
