Is it possible to transfer to another doctor for Invisalign treatment and get some refund?

I am sorry from the profession that you feel that you were deceived.  That is not common practice among most dental professionals.  It is possible to have your case transferred to another Invisalign provider of your choosing.  However, the fees you paid the initial provider are between you and them.  If you are just going to continue the exact treatment plan as planned by the first provider the fee with the next provider may be reduced but is up to their discretion.  It sounds to me that you would prefer a different plan to not only straighten your front teeth but also correct your bite.  This will require a brand new treatment plan and will most likely cost you a the same as if you originally started with the second provider.  The fees you paid to the first provider are between you and them and cannot be transferred to the new provider unless you work that out on your own with the first provider.
