Is it possible to transfer to another doctor for Invisalign treatment and get some refund?

I have overbite problem and lower teeth are overcrowded. Doctor promised no IPR but actually he used 2 excuses, “I’ll cut the side of the teeth to make it smoother to move” and “you have some plaques I will clean up” to do it, and that is a non revertable process so I regret so much now. The wrapping of my Invisalign says “IPR” but the doctor still denied. Plus he didn’t told me he chose Invisalign Lite, and basically he only moved front teeth, now center of upper and lower teeth don’t align.
