I have just had my ClinCheck results. I only need 14 aligners just for my upper teeth. I wasnt expecting to need much IPR if any, so to hear I need it between 5 different teeth at the maximum amount of 0.5mm I am concerned this is too much and I worry the gaps wont close up in the space of 14 aligners.
I went in for Invisalign consultation on January the 8th and its been about 3 weeks since my initial consult. I havent received a call from the orthodontist about Clin- Check or even making another appointment for the Invisalign. This is new to me so I was just wondering how long does it usually take for the first trays to make its way to the office?
So I am 5 months into my 1 year Invisalign treatment and I originally went into for minor fixes. I recently went in for a checkup and I was just shown my Clincheck 3D predictions (after 5 months). I do not want to continue my Invisalign anymore because i'm going to end up with a terrible open bite. If I would've known the end results were going to turn out like the 3D scan predicted, I would have never agreed to start the treatment. I don't know what to do. Please help.
I am currently in the middle of 64 week Invisalign treatment and my ClinCheck shows some spacing. Looks like I might need veneers or bonding to close up the space. My only concern is my retainer. Wouldn't changing the shape of my teeth interfere with my retainers?
After watching the clincheck video and beginning my treatment about a week ago I become worried about the animation that shows my top teeth will be moved outward to the point that there will be measurable gaps between my teeth before they are then brought back together. Can this process of moving teeth apart and creating a gap cause the LOSS or recession, or cause further recession of the interdental papilla? I'm beginning to think I should bail out as I already have beautiful teeth on top.
I'm currently on the first tray of my Invisalign treatment. I asked to approve my Clincheck before the trays were made, but the tech never told my orthodontist. It shows a big triangle forming between my bottom two front teeth for the completed result! He told me that he could fix it through refinements and IPR, but I'm concerned about creating a problem to fix when I'm completely happy with my bottom row as it is. What can I do? Any suggestions or input are appreciated!
According to ClinCheck, my overbite and slight crowding will be fixed with IPR, & the teeth will be pulled back, but also up, with my bottom teeth being pulled forward & rounded out to line up with my upper teeth. I realize now that I actually don't want my upper teeth to move up because I can already only see a little bit of my upper teeth when my lips are in their relaxed position aka that glamour/sexy look (I have full lips & lower set top lip). Don't wanna lose however slightly I have it.
