Clincheck- how can you get your clincheck video sent to you to view from home?

Do you need a certain type of program? My dentist has sent it to me but I can't view it in my laptop on iPhone?

Great question! ClinCheck software exports videos in an .avi format, which should be viewable with Windows Media Player or Quicktime on your laptop, or on your iPhone. You might want to ask your doctor to re-send it to you. Hope this helps!Dr. G
