Been told I need 0.5mm of IPR between upper teeth, this seems a lot? Worried the gaps won’t close up again. Can someone help?

I have just had my ClinCheck results. I only need 14 aligners just for my upper teeth. I wasn’t expecting to need much IPR if any, so to hear I need it between 5 different teeth at the maximum amount of 0.5mm I am concerned this is too much and I worry the gaps won’t close up in the space of 14 aligners.

Yes, Invisalign may even improve your clenching since it will improve how your teeth fit together. Invisalign is cut short of gums so should not cause recession.
