Had a tear through filler in 2022 with high density hyaluronic acid that gave me permanent edema on the right side. This year I decided to dissolve it, but after 3 rounds of ultrasound guided hualuronidase (36 U total) and one more round with 40 U, nothing changed, the lump is still there when I frown or smile, except that my skin appears more wrinkled by Hyaluronidase. Why it doesnt dissolve and what can I do? Im losing hope.
I have had injection of Teosyal Rh3 in my nasolabial folds and smile lines. As i had a hypersensitivity typ 4 reaction to the filler, i am dissolving it ultrasound targeted. Unfortunately the ultrasound shows integrated filler rather than bubbles of filler. How can i be sure, all fillers are dissolved completely? I cannot find any scientific publication on that. I was recommended to do MRI again, but as far as i know, MRI resolution is limited? It would be Tesla3 MRI. Thank you
Hi Doctors, Please can you help advise? I had 2ml of cheek filler across 4 months and at first it looked fine. However I noticed a lot of unusual swelling and fluid build up which Id never had before around my eye socket. I had the filler dissolved and have had 2 sessions but I am still suffering with fluid. I feel so conscious as my eyes feel so heavy with fluid and people have commented that it looks like I have been hit in the face. What can try next? More dissolve or other treatments?
Hello, I got what I thought was a very tiny bit of filler in the year trough area. It has created the results you see here in the photo. I look like Ive aged 20 years! Ive gone in for both hyaluronidase and hylenex 6 times now. The last time a combo of hyaluronidase and steroid injection. This is the after result of that. The bags just keep coming back, and now the skin looks dry and wrinkled as well. Any advice on what to do next would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
Hi, I had 2ml HA filler over 2 yrs and got my upper lip dissolved after it migrated. Post dissolving, my lips became smaller but it seems like the migration is still there. The migrated filler looks like white patches around my lips. I'm concerned that injecting more hyaluronidase will target my own HA rather than the white patchmy nurse said she cant exactly target where it goes. How many sessions does it take to dissolve migrated filler? Below are current and pre-filler photos.

I had 1ml of ha lip filler exactly a year ago. From the start, it formed lumps and it had migrated over my top lip too, even though I trusted a doctor for the procedure. I decided to wait it out because I'm very afraid of hyaluronidase. The lips went down the first 5 months, but since March I'm not noticing any improvement. I have 3 lumps that are unchangeable. The only change is that one of them used to be hard but isn't anymore since march. What to do? Will they go on their own?
37 yrd old male, 138 pounds, 5'4'' with beige skin hue. an unexperienced person overfilled area around my mouth, had it for a few years until i realized it looked too overfilled, pudgy. Decided to go back and dissolve two years after getting it, it's been two years since i had it dissolved but face looks round, eneven, with folds which shouldnt be there. texture of the skin around that area changed, looks like im retaining 'liquid' or like filler could still be there.
Had filler injected into the middle part of my jawline 2.5 years ago.A few wks after my Covid jab (4-5 months after filler),the right side of my jaw swelled up where filler was injected.Looked like a gumball had been inserted into my face. Now its the size of a pea after many hyaluronidase & steroid injections. Is there anything else the Dr can do to get rid of it?They were next considering lasering it. Could that work? And could I still get filler in the future?
I had Juvederm xl injected over 6 months ago, had what I thought was most of it dissolved, and then Belotero injected into my temples to lift up nasolabial folds. About 3 weeks later I had Morpheus 8 done on my face and the filler seemed to migrate all over my face. I was puffy for weeks and nothing could alleviate it. I have paid for over 2300 worth of hylanex and it's not dissolving. What can i do?
