37 yrd old male, 138 pounds, 5'4'' with beige skin hue. an unexperienced person overfilled area around my mouth,had it for a few years until i realized it looked too overfilled, pudgy. Decided to go back and dissolve two years after getting it, it's been two years since i had it dissolved but face looks round, eneven, with folds which shouldnt be there. texture of the skin around that area changed, looks like im retaining 'liquid' or like filler could still be there.

The filler lasts forever (at least 12-15 years). The precise clinical effect only last for less than a year and then makes generalized facial volume that can worsen as the product ages. The problem is that this old material spreads out. Injectors (physicians and others) are not very imaginative about how this happens and grossly under treats these issues with enzyme. So then you look like you still have facial filler even if you have been "enzymed" in the past, yes you still have retained facial filler. The challenge is that it takes a big dose of hyaluronidase to remove this old filler. With the right amount of enzyme, this old service which is not helping your can be removed.
