I will be doing my second Halo soon. I would like my doctor to do under my eyes and the skin under my brows as I have many brown spots in those areas. He plans on using intra-ocular eye shields. Are they safe? I had cataract surgery with IOL lens implants almost 2 years ago. Will the Halo cause damage to the eye or the IOL lens if my doctor uses the intra-ocular shields? Do you find Halo to be effective in the area surrounding the eyes?
I am 4 1/2 months out from Halo and BBL. my skin looks terrible and has aged 25 years in a very short time. I believe the laser was not used correctly and was too aggressive for my skin. I never had any acne scar I just went in to remove a few brown sun spots but otherwise had nice, smooth skin before. My skin is now a waxy brown/reddish color and I have small holes all over my face. I also have a weird sagging all around my mouth down to my jowls I did not have before. Please, any advice, help
Im late 30s and my biggest issues (in order of importance) are reducing: 1. my freckles and brown spots 2. Very fine lines on forehead and eyes (I probably need Botox at some point) 3. Pores One doc recommended Halo and BBL combo with only BBL maintenance twice a year. The other doc recommended Clear + Brilliant and PicoSure, but will probably need more of those so I think costs are comparable overall. I like the idea of one and done (or minimal maintenance) but would Halo be overkill?
I had Halo Pro to my face, neck, and chest yesterday. I was told an aggressive setting was used. However, I am only really red with brown spots. I have not experienced much swelling at all and never used any cold pack except after the initial 20 mins. Is this normal? Will it still be as effective?
When referring to the Halo treatment, Doctors talk of using conservative vs. aggressive treatment methods. What does that mean? I have just had Botox and fillers, but I have brown and red spots and red uneven skin tone. Will one Halo treatment benefit me?
I was treated 6 days ago with the Halo Laser. On Day 2 and Day 3 I experienced some redness but my face became VERY red on Day 4. More brown spots came to the surface. Today I have a ton of brown spots on my face but no flaking. Is this normal? Is my skin damaged. I have had no sun exposure since my treatment.
I had the halo done on Thursday. I do not know the setting exactly. My face is so red still the brown spots are falling off but underneath looks like a tomato. And my skin is on FIRE! Could I be having a problem?
I'm freaking out now because my face is filled with brown spot like rough texture which looks like coffee grinds and my face is swollen. Is that normal. Will these coffee grinds supposed to be there? Will they go away. There is no way I can walk out of my house in public and I thought there was I down time with Halo treatment so I'm confused and hoping it's not bad reaction or anything.
