4 1/2 months after Halo and BBL. My skin looks like it has aged 25 years. Why does my skin look horrible after Halo? (photos)

I'm sorry to hear you are unhappy with your results.  It is impossible for me to compare the before photo with all the after photos.  It is at a different distance with different lighting and unprepared skin.  That said, your photos (which I understand you to say are 4 1/2 months out) show some pigmentation changes and skin texture irregularities.  It would be highly unlikely for Halo to lead to the texture issues.  It usually improves it. As for the pigmentation, it is rare that only one BBL treatment will resolve the pigmentation.  As a matter of fact, BBL will sometimes cause the deeper pigmentation to arise from the deeper layers.  A repeat BBL should help.  The swelling around the mouth is most commonly seen with fillers.  I see different volume to your lips, which makes me wonder if you have filler that might be contributing to the changes around the mouth.  Either way, it would be important to follow up with the treating provider and address your concerns.  They will also have photos of your face prior to any treatment.  Best wishes!
