Hello, I am a 20 year old male and would like to get a professional opinion as to potential reasons why my nipples are of different shapes/sizes. Additionally, I would like to know the extent of my Gynecomastia, and whether it appears to be mostly fat or gland based; the hard pucks under my nipples are very small. With exercise, can the larger nipple's prominence decrease? I try to not be self conscious about it, but it is prominent. Can weight loss help significantly? Thank you very much
Ive had my Gynecomastia surgery 1 year ago, the result made a quite difference in the appearance of my chest. However, my right nipple is slightly lower/looser than the left. My doctor refused to provide a revision surgery. Is it really true that nothing can be done in this case? The difference is quite clear.
Hi, all. I had gyno surgery done about 5 weeks ago. Generally I am quite pleased with my results, especially on my right side. The contour of the chest is much improved. However, one concern I do have is the asymmetry of the nipples. Both started off swollen and enlarged shortly after the procedure but the right one has shrunk down to the size it was pre-op, if not smaller in terms of diameter, which is good. The left, however, is sometimes 2 or 3 times larger. Is this normal at this stage?
I'm 2 months post-op and I'm aware recovery is not complete, but I feel that the difference between the nipples is drastic even for this stage. The top of the left (operative side) chest feels full, but the bottom feels empty. Could I improve this imbalance by targeting the lower left chest in workouts? Would lowering total body fat percentage and thus right (non-operative) chest fat be beneficial? Any suggestions are welcome. *note: the first picture was taken in a mirror, the second was not.
My areola size is not normal a little bigger than the other normal male. However if I touch it then it becomes normal. Five months before I did a minor surgery from another doctor but there is no changes. The same case what it was before surgery if I touch it then it becomes normal.
Did 1st surgery in 2012 march tummy tuck/chest reduction and this April I did my revision on my scars and been still doing cutting diet and training. The second surgery was to reduce size of areola since they appeared too big and too MAKE SURE THEY ARE EVEN LINED. But it seems once again there uneven.... is it maybe because the other pec is shaped more risen due to muscle in that pec? seems there uneven and I don't want to perform a 3rd surgery for this. What could it be? any opinions?
