I had a gynocomastia mastectomy with liposuction 6 months ago, currently I have constantly been second guessing whether I still have some tissue, scar tissue or loose skin as whilst I dont have the best posture due to years of living with gyno, the nipple still protrudes and looks puffy, although when I raise my arms they appear flat

55 year old male. I had gyno surgery 6 months ago. My right side now hangs lower than my left and both have many creases. So now I just switched one problem for another and still cannot take my shirt off at a pool or beach. Any opinions, suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
I had gynecomastia surgey six months ago. Roughly a month and half after the surgey, my nipples started swelling again, I thought it was seroma and it will go away after while, but things were getting worse, I went to my doctor, he said it is blood clot and I need to wait another six months, which didn't make sense to me. I searched online and couldn't find any case like mine. Is this a result of failed surgery? Did my surgeon mistreat it by removing fat tissue and not breast tissue?
Hi, I had gyno surgery 6 months ago and am unhappy about my results, although I cant feel any tissue below my nipples they still appear puffy and have not shrunk in size atall. Is it possible that things might change from now. Maybe when the scar around the nipple softens and thins the nipple will retract? It's just at this point I'm really regretting having surgery and it seems pointless if these are now my results? Thanks in advance for any responses
I had gynecomastia surgery 6 months ago and I still have a lump on one side that I believe is scar tissue. I have recently started massaging again after I did not for months. After I massage it to break it up it typically swells up and my breast looks swollen. Is that normal?
How's it going doctors , i had a gynecomastia removal with a donut mastopexy 6 months ago and was left with horrible scarring. My doctor is performing a scar revision in late January. Is there a possible procedure, a different kind of suture that can aid in having minimal scarring? What alse can i use to help my scars heal nicely this time around. I had very bad tension around my chest the first time i had the surgery. And i feel like that attributed to my scars becoming hypertrophic.
Dear Doctors, I had my gynecomastia surgery about 6 months ago and unfortunately on the right side my nipple doesnt look the same. Actually its barely visible i was worried in the beginning and my doctor recommended to use HA filler but then he said we just need to wait longer. I am very concerned. Could you please share your professional opinion? Thank you!
I had gynecomastia surgery 6 months ago. I'm not happy with the result now. On the left breast it feels like I have a gland left, it also looks bigger than the right breast. A month ago I was with my surgeon and told him that I may need a revision but he said that it looks good as it is now and it can get better with time. now my question is: do you think I need liposuction for my breasts to be flat or do you think I have a gland left? expecting for your help and tips
Hi! I had Gynecomastia surgery about 6 months ago. Super happy over the results on the left side, but on the right side I seem to have some pointiness left, maybe some fat that should have been lipoed. My surgeon assured that all is good, and the remaining curvature is due to muscle. Does it seem that way? Thank you !
