Before 14 days, (two weeks) I make a hair transplant and every thing is going good, I need just a little in my front area, so after 11 days or 12 when I touch my transplanted area (front head) when the hairs transplanted, I have remove some scabs about 4-5 and with them are about 2-3 hair yarn per one scab, with these small hair are a something small with white color, so I'm afraid I lost these hairs.. Is this is possible or not ? Still 14 days and I have some cabs now..
I got a FUE hair transplant 47 days ago. I'm having an issue. I feel some bumps at the very back of my head where my head touches the pillow (pictures included). Ive been feeling these for quite some time. I've continued to sleep on my back but have now shifted to sleeping on my side. I thought these bumps would go away but they have not. Will these bumps go away on their own or should I be taking antibiotics. Will this effect my final results? Thanks for your responses doctors.
Hi, i have done the hair transplant in the front of my head and by mistake with light fingers i have waved my fingers from front to back in the opposite direction. There is no beading or no hair folecule out. It is the fourth day when it happen. yesterday i had my first head wash at the doctor clinic. Is there any worry regarding the root damage or hair growth of new hairs.
I am 3 weeks after FUE and everytime i touch my head with the tips of my fingers during the wash or to apply the monoxidil and even if i moved the palm of my hand gently over the recepient area i see hairs on my hand, I know shedding is normal at this stage but can touching my head affect the grafts at this stage ? Should i stop touching the new hairs ?
I had a FUE transplant which included adding density to my hairline. Im currently 7 days post up, but for the past 7 days I frequently moved my existing bangs around to spray solution on the implanted grafts, check on them, shampoo, move them out of the way, etc... I went to the doctor for a visit today and he told me I shouldnt even touch my existing hair in the recipient area. How likely did I damage my grafts doing this?
I just had a procedure in the frontal hairline and I am currently on day 7. My doctors instruction were to not touch my recipient area for 4 weeks, but the crusting is really starting to build. It seems most of the other doctors want you to start massaging and removing the scabbing and crusts by the 10-14 day mark. Can I just start removing the crusts gently between days 7-10? I need to attend a funeral now on day 11 post op and cant having crusting all over my head. Talk about bad timing.
