Had fat transfer to cheeks and around laugh lines with facelift and am now noticing fullness in my upper cheeks and midface that wasn't there a few months ago, also notice that my mouth looks pulled down at the corners and kind of wider. This is similar to my appearance during the worst of the swelling while I was healing. I did gain about 15 pounds in the past 2 months, would this be the reason for the change in fullness? Or could it be inflammation/swelling? Will weight loss ruin face? tx
Ive had fat grafted in my lips three times but want more volume (without fillers) ive had fat taken from my stomach and thighs but gained alot of weight in my arms. Can i use the fat in my arms to add to my lips or face in general ?
I had a fat graft to cheeks 10 years ago which has been stable for years. I recently lost too much weight and my face has gone down in volume. If I gain back the weight will the fat go back to my cheeks again?
I have been unhappy with my facial fat transfer since 2008. The fat retained and was poorly placed, leaving me with lumping .As Ive gotten older, Ive gained weight, and the fat in my face just keeps getting fuller. Ive looked into removal over the years, but never seem like there was good options. Im hoping that now that its 2023. There are better options out there for fat transfer removal. How can I get this resolved?
The left side of my face is a lot more chubbier than the right side. It looks like my left lower face is drooping a little too. I didn't used to have this much asymmetry as far as I can remember before. I had fillers back in november for my nasolabial folds. I have also gained some weight in past year. What can I do to make my left cheek same as right cheek? Will losing the gained weight help?
I'm looking into getting it done but I'm only 32 and I haven't had children yet, so if I were to become pregnant what would happen? I really need this procedure done as I've lost too much volume for the up keep of fillers and I don't like the idea of long lasting fillers due to complications and can't be removed. Thank you
I'm thinking about getting a facial fat transfer (tear trough & possibly cheeks) but I've read in many places if you gain or lose weight in the future the fat transfer doesn't look good! I'm unlikely to loose weight, but more likely to gain weight a little in the future if anything. Does it have to be a big significant weight increase? What would happen - would my face look uneven with bumps and they'd be nothing I can do about it? Or how would it look? Thank you.
Right now, there is not enough fat on my abdomen to graft, but there is plenty on my thighs. I have narrow hips, so I'd rather keep fat in that area to feminize me. Should I try to put on 5lbs so the fat an come from my abdomen? So that though time weight gain is distributed in a more hourglass form? Or is the graft so small that it will make no difference. I have a BMI of 18.5, so gaining 5 lbs will not be unhealthy. Thank you!
To add to that I've been skinny all my life but still had my cheeks, out of nowhere they completely disappeared. I noticed I developed an underbite during this time. Could that maybe be a reason? I'm 19 now and gained 20 lbs, and my cheeks look fuller but the sides of my face still look flat creating that oval look still. I've noticed that I've gained a lot of fat in my neck area instead, So again please offer me your opinions it's bothered me for a while. P.s I'm 54 140 lbs male
