What are the best options to remove facial fat transfer?

I have been unhappy with my facial fat transfer since 2008. The fat retained and was poorly placed, leaving me with lumping .As I’ve gotten older, I’ve gained weight, and the fat in my face just keeps getting fuller. I’ve looked into removal over the years, but never seem like there was good options. I’m hoping that now that it’s 2023. There are better options out there for fat transfer removal. How can I get this resolved?

This is one of the most chalenging situations one can face. Options like localized liposuction, direct excision of lumps, corticosteroid injection are a possibility. Only on the basis of in person evaluation, a board certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in fat grafting could give you some options of treatment. Be very carefull with selection of surgeon and do at least 2-3 second opinion consults. Good luck.
