How much can 2cc under each eye grow if I gain lets say 30 pounds? The studies that I have found present terrifying consequences but much larger volumes were used.

Do you understand what percentage fat will grow with obesity you will need to calculate your total percentage of fat at each weight and then you’ll have the ratio.
Let’s say someone has 10% body fat at 110 lbs. that means 11 pounds of their body weight is fat.
If they gain an additional 11 pounds they were now way 121 pounds. Inside doing they doubled the thickness of their fat layers because they went from 10% fat to 20% fat. 
Once fat survives after grafting it behaves like any other fat.
If you’re worried about gaining weight after facial fat transfer then don’t. it’s better to stay with fillers and individuals who have mastered control over their lives shouldn’t gain 30 pounds.
Anyone who gains weight has the ability to lose the weight as well bringing things back to normal.
Generally speaking facial fat grafting is imprecise, unpredictable and unforgiving in comparison to fillers.
