I really need this procedure done as I've lost too much volume for the up keep of fillers and I don't like the idea of long lasting fillers due to complications and can't be removed. Thank you

It can but its not the best choice. You dont get very much fat from that area and its pretty fibrous. Fat transfer is most successful from the inner thighs or the abdomen.
