I am 30 years old and I was born with narrow temples and prominent cheekbones. I have had ha filler and sculptra in the past to fill in my temples but it hasnt given me the look I would like to achieve. Is it possible to make my temples wider like in the 2nd edited photograph and if so what procedure would be best?
I was born with a relatively peanut face, but it is getting worse with age and my temples feel more and more sunken in. I want to stay away from fillers and Sculptra because they are too pricey for results that are not long term. If I wanted to get a fat graft, can someone give me a rough approximation of how much it will cost, and if I'm a good candidate? Other suggestions are appreciated
I am unsure what specific procedures fit my face. I will try fillers and botox but want to do fat transfer long-term! I am not good at making appointments/consistency and cannot see fillers being a sustainable option for me longterm. But I'm not sure where to add volume and what procedures I should look into. Rhinoplasty is obvious... but the eyes and the cheeks. The temples and the smooth forehead/eyebrow/eye/nose area. And how I look younger. What can I do for that? Thank you so much!
Late 30s. Thinking of getting facial fat transfer to temples, under eyes and lateral cheeks. I have been doing my research and most doctors seems to love facial fat transfer san a few say it's unpredictable, injecting scar tissue, or it doesn't last. Can we put this to rest? I know fillers and sculptra are options too but I have done both and results are mediocre. Fat is natural and longer lasting it seems? Thank you
I am a female in my mid 20s and have previously suffered from a condition which caused atrophy of my soft tissues on one half of my head area (right temple region, side of head and back of my head just behind my ear) I would be interested in a fat transfer to fill-out these areas which have had minor fat loss, and would like to know my options.
I got fat graft to my forehead and temples in Korea in 2020. Everything looked fine on my right side. However, the left temple was lumpy since day 1, and the lumps are very obvious when I smile. Also the fat above my left forehead has disappeared and there's now a hollow area above my left eyebrow, like a dent in my forehead. Is it possible to fix these problems? Am I able to remove the fat in my left temple, and inject more in the hollow area above my left eyebrow?
Hello, I have never had facial fat transfer before. I have heard some horror stories about fat graft to the nasolabial fold resulting in necrosis to the nose. I just had my rhinoplasty 2 months ago and would like to try fat graft to the mid cheeks and temple area. Are there any risks or side effects like necrosis to the nose with those areas?
Hello! I am 32 years old, 5'5 and 120 pounds. I have hollowing in my temples and lower cheeks. I had two syringes of filler split between the two areas, but some hollowness still remains, and I would like a more permanent solution. Am I a good candidate for a facial fat transfer?
I've previously thought about getting HA fillers in my temples but found out it would be very expensive as I would require a lot of ML and think fat grafting will suit me better. I found a before and after picture online, with the same starting point as well as results that I have/want. My question is. How many ML do you think is used to get this results? How many sessions does it require? How long between each session? PS. I've mailed the surgeon who did this with no response.
