I am 30 years old and I was born with narrow temples and prominent cheekbones. I have had ha filler and sculptra in the past to fill in my temples but it hasn’t given me the look I would like to achieve. Is it possible to make my temples wider like in the 2nd edited photograph and if so what procedure would be best?

Your question is a good one and any answer you get will be completely opinion based. I would add volume first and then have CO2 laser performed after. But the other way around is also acceptable.
Yes, you can regain the fullness, but it has to be done with fat grafting and injectables. Fat grafting needs to be repeated in 3 years - 5 years, and injectables once a year. There is no medicine or drug that you can take to reverse what you have. I assume that you had a medical work up to rule...
