Is it possible to make my temples wider with a fat transfer or filler? (photos)

I am 30 years old and I was born with narrow temples and prominent cheekbones. I have had ha filler and sculptra in the past to fill in my temples but it hasn’t given me the look I would like to achieve. Is it possible to make my temples wider like in the 2nd edited photograph and if so what procedure would be best?

Yes. Fat injection works well in this area and will improve the appearance of the depressions. Hope this helps.

Fat grafting would be a good option to do temple augmentation but it is limited what is achievable because fat can not be transfer in large boluses, it must be transferred in spaghettties or tiny boluses and in the temple area because of the anatomy only thin spaghetties in the subcutaneous tissue can be transferred. Fillers (voluma or Volux) can be used in large boluses and last more than 2 years. At least 1 cc (1 full syringe) each side. So the combination of both work very well.
