I have a sunken eyes with a shortage of upper eyelid fat. It's genetic and that's what gives me a tired and elderly look. What is the best treatment for this? A fat grafting surgery? Or a fat injection? Pease help. I'm a 28 year old (female) and my problem isn't the extra upper eyelid fat as most people had but the opposite, a shortage of an upper eyelid fat.
So, I've asked multiple questions on here and I'm sorry about that but I want to be sure about any decision I make to permanently alter my appearance. Seems like the best option would be trying out mid face/under eye filler at first to see if I like the look. And then if I want something more permanent I can do fat grafting to the mid face. Any objections or things I can consider? I don't want to ruin my face but I really hate the sunken look. I just want to look healthy.
I think my face looks dull and just not as youthful as it could. I feel much better in good lighting where I cant see my smile lines and sunken eyes (with a little redness and wrinkles). I just feel like it makes me look tired and not my best. I dont look youthful. Could a 20 kg weight loss explain this or does my skin seem lax? Could a fat transfer to cheeks plus Lower blepharoplasty help ?
I often get a remark on them whenever I see an eye doctor. Does this contribute to the sunken appearance and dark circles? I've read that temporary fillers can remedy this issue, but I'm looking for a more permanent solution such as fat grafting. What is the ballpark cost for such a procedure?
I've noticed these changes over the past 8 months. I've lost 30 lbs sorta quickly, but my weight has always yo-yo'd between very skinny to chubby my whole life. This time, I noticed creases under my eyes that weren't there before. I've also noticed that my nasolabial creases are deeper, and my cheeks look less firm like I have jowls. I've had an anxiety disorder since I was 12, depression, and take adderall for a year or so at a time. Is there anything I can do to reverse this or at least slow the process of these deepening lines?
I'm 15 years old but can't wait anymore. I have dark circles that are sunken in and hallow, and I have lines and milia. No amount of sleep/makeup hides them. I have very deep hallow under my eyes, which I have noticed in my dad/aunt but they have no darkness. I've had them since I was very young and I really want to get rid of them. I've heard fat transfer can do it. I'm really interested in that.
