About five years ago I had fat grafting to my face and lips. The result was uneven with the lower right actually sagging. I have had people ask if Ive had a stroke. Looking for someone who has the confidence this can be repaired.
Over 6monts ago i received the 2nd of 2 fat transfers to face. 1st went fine as i guided evry injection, 2nd was a disaster as i trusted the doctor to inject in same way as 1st & be guided by photos i printed for him to use as i focused on pain - face is overfilled on the sides (wide&aging) facial structure is distorted & high dose kenalog injectons failed- who/how can i remove excess fat to sides of my face- pls help
I have the exaggerated peanut shape to my cheeks. Every photo I see of myself since this procedure shows a face that is distorted. When I smile, my eyes are pushed up. I have lost my face. The surgeon suggested I massage my face in hopes it would redyce some of this, but I see no improvement. He has also offered to use Kybella to reduce some of the fat. What are your thoughts on Kybella? Could it work? How risky is it? Im very concerned that Ill regret that too.
Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to reverse facial fat transfer terribly done. After losing a lot of fat because of Morpheus, I had facial fat grafting 4 months ago. My face was overfllled with 100cc poorly placed.. my face is not falling with huge hollow under eyes, my eyebrows are falling as well, my cheeks looks odd and I have large lumps around the mouth. What should I do please? Can it be reversed? I am server my damaged. Thank you for your help
So obviously overdone lip fillers are a big one as far as things that make you look like you had plastic surgery, and autologous fat would be something that would create a more natural outcome, but what else should people be avoiding? If I want the most natural looking possible outcome, what kinds of procedures should I be doing and what kinds should I not? I'm talking specifically about the face, but input on augmentation of any part of the body is welcome. Thank you in advance.
It's been a year since I had fat repositioning + fat graft under my eyes...I really wish I had just had fillers instead of surgery. I think I was overfilled. At rest I look better, but when I make any expression my eye bags are asymmetrical and very puffy. Before I had hollow under eyes but at least they looked natural. Now I look even older and more tired. Is there any way to fix this? Can the fat be removed?
I had a fat transfer to my cheeks back in 2014. It's 2018 and my face still looks bloated. I want this corrected so I can move on with my life. I've turned into a recluse since the procedure. I've had quite a journey trying to make the transferred fat less noticeable over the years. I had cheek implants put in and taken out under local anesthesia (which I swear gave me PTSD). I've had jaw implants put in. (Which I am satisfied with). But my cheeks still bulge out.
Most of the swelling has subsided and my cheekbones look grotesque and overly done.Fat was to be transferred to the hollows. Instead,my hollows look much more defined thanks to the fat placed over my cheekbones.I had minor pre-jowling and fat was transferred to jawline to hide this.instead the fat was placed in my jowls, now they are enlarged and look much worse. I look unrecongnizable and grotesque. My question is, is there a way to reduce fat survival? Will massage or any other technique help?
Hi. I'm recovering from face fat grafting that I had 10 days ago. The process is going well. I think I'll have a nice result. Last night my husband & I were sitting side by side. I accidently bumped my cheek on his shoulder. It wasn't hard but that area is still tender & swollen. I hope the hit didn't kill the fat. Should I be worried that the fat graft will die? My doctor over filled little & taught me how to massage. His touch was a little less in force. What would be signs that the fat died?
