Could cheek lipo reverse an over-filled (botched) fat transfer?

Question

I had a fat transfer to my cheeks back in 2014. It's 2018 and my face still looks bloated. I want this corrected so I can move on with my life. I've turned into a recluse since the procedure. I've had quite a journey trying to make the transferred fat less noticeable over the years. I had cheek implants put in and taken out under local anesthesia (which I swear gave me PTSD). I've had jaw implants put in. (Which I am satisfied with). But my cheeks still bulge out.

I am sorry to hear about your problems. I have had some success with liposuction to correct an overfilled face, although I did it combined with a facelift approach to optimize contouring, and to allow a more direct approach. You should consult with a very experienced surgeon in facelift and aging face procedures.

I suggest a formal conslutation it maybe best for you to get injections, RF treatments, as liposuction to the face is not the best idea unless its a very small area localized.  Best, Dr. Emer.
