Reversing Face Fat Transfer - how can i remove excess fat to sides of my face?

I generally tell people to stay with fillers and avoid facial fat. Transfer has a better option.
Facial fat transfer, isn’t Handley unpredictable imprecise, and can be unforgiving if patients don’t like the outcome.
Anyone programs that needs to be ready to be able to correct if the outcomes are not what’s desirable.
Steroid injections is not a good strategy to remove facial fat. Fat atrophy is a very rare side effect of anti-inflammatory steroids. When it happens, it’s usually devastating. Generally steroid injections do not reduce fat and it is not an appropriate way to compensate for poorly done procedures.
There’s no easy way to remove a previously grafted fat. Liposuction may be an option and direct surgical. Excision may be an option as well.
Without including proper before, and after pictures, can’t really make an assessment.
