I’m 27 and have struggled with my under-eye area for years. After fillers migrated to my tear trough, I had them dissolved, but the process caused an allergic reaction and leading to volume loss. I’ve recently had lower skin bleph, and CO2 laser treatment, but my midface still sags, and I always hide behind glasses and hats. I’m torn between letting go of the issue or trying fat transfer as a final solution. I need advice on whether to move on or consider further treatment.

Botox act only on the muscle activity and has zero impact on the deeper tissues, so it totally safe to have Botox done and later have the fat grafting.
It will be important Not to have Botox effect if you are having eyebrow repositioning.
