I am only 20 but have had droopy skin my whole life. I am quite skinny, never experienced major weight loss (maybe 25 pounds lost at one point in my youth). Have very saggy skin and weak bone structure though my chin is not as bad as it could be. Forehead and eyelids appear quite pudgy and wrinkled too though I do not believe it's fat. I exercise regularly but my cheeks still sag and my neck has wrinkles. I look good when I pull my skin back to simulate a lift and there is a lot of skin gathered behind my fingers when i do so.

Answer: You don't need a facelift. Seriously, I hope you don't find someone who will do what you are asking for. Sadly, we live in a world where someone will do what you ask. It will not go well. Now, you may just be curious about this. The real question that your post raises is whether you have an abnormal obsession. There is a condition called body dysmorphic disorder that is characterized by a abnormal and obsessive thoughts about a body concern. Individuals with this issue may spend 3 to 8 hours a day with these thoughts making it difficult perform socially and meet your work responsibilities . Some have concerns about what others think about them leading to avoidance of social interaction or even work situations. If this sounds like you, I strongly recommend exploring these feelings with a mental health professional. A PhD psychologist or an MD psychiatrist can help you with these thoughts. There are some very specific treatments that help individuals with BDD to control these thoughts and function socially and at work. Hope this information is helpful.
