I'm 39, I don't have static lines, but got dysport as preventative. 1 wk later, eyebrows are lower, my forehead feels heavy and my eyelids look even more hooded, I'm Asian so they were hooded already but now it's even more so. I told the Dr I wanted to look natural and still have movement in my eyebrows but I can't even move them! I only got 50 units spread over two areas does it mean it won't last as long? At what point will I start to get movement back in my eyebrows?
6 weeks ago I had 25 units in my glabella, half the recommended dose because I wanted to still have some movement and 20 in forehead. I hate the frozen look. I am starting to get a very slight movement in my left eyebrow but the right one is still frozen. I was hoping that because it was my first time and it's half the dose it may wear off sooner. Do you think I should start seeing movement soon or will I have to wait full 3-4 months. I was hoping it might come back at 6-8 weeks
I have had dysport now three times every 4 months. Last treatment was June 17th so three weeks ago. The fine lines on my upper right side of my forehead are still there now after three treatments. My provider now says maybe injecting a hydrator filler on the area might solve this but i wanted to ask for opinions here as well. I have never heard of such treatment on the forehead for fine lines. Also i wonder why Dysport has not helped for this area. Movement does go away but not the lines.
I had Dysport injections in forehead, frown and crows feet 57 hours ago (to be exact) I have seen an improvement in my crows feet, and while I see a slight improvement in my other 2 areas, theres still quite a lot of movement. Will it continue to improve? Or is this the result Ill get?
I had 100 units of Dysport injected between my eyebrows and for crows feet on May 1st. It was my first time. I felt like I still had some movement and went for a follow up. I was told my forehead muscles which were not injected were causing the movement between my eyebrows and I didnt need anymore Dysport. The injector is conservative. Its now May 23rd and I feel like it is wearing off already and getting more movement back. My face was feeling tight but now feels normal. Is this normal?
It kicked in about 3 days after the injection. I can barely raise my eyebrows and i can not frown at all. It almost feels like there is a heavy metal feeling weighing my eyebrows down. Can the dysport spread to my eye balls? is this an allergic reaction? IF something was wrong is there a way to remove the dysport?
I had Dysport injected for my glabella lines and along my brows one week ago. There has been very little effect yet, I still have full movement in my eyebrows. I know that I could possibly see some improvement for another week still, but if I don't, am I able to request a switch to Botox at my follow up appointment? Can the two products be combined? Both Dysport and Botox have the same price per unit here, which confuses me, since I've now read (after my treatment) that Dysport needs more.
I have very deep forehead wrinkles and over my eyes. I alternate between dysport and Botox. Both seem to start wearing off after only a month. During the 2 weeks after injection. I would get no movement at all when I tried to raise my eyebrows. Now after only 3 weeks. I get movement and can see the lines. I do smoke, is this why it doesn't last very long on me?
