After 3 sessions of Dysport my fine lines are still present but movement is gone, would hydrator filler help? (photos)

Fine lines are very difficult to treat. They are very superficial, or close to the skin, so it is difficult to target them with a treatment at the correct level of the skin, While dermal fillers can help in some cases, other times we rely on targeting these lines from the surface with microneedling, ablative lasers, or other treatments. I would ensure you are seeing a provider with all treatment modes available to make sure they are recommending the appropriate intervention.

If you are still noticing lines at rest even though the dysport is working (ie preventing you from doing the movement), then these are wrinkles that have set into the skin, and the way to address them is working on your skin.

This is a great question, fine lines can take time to fade and will with time as long as they were not too deep to begin with. You can always try Morpheus8 to help with collogen and elasticity to help fade the fine lines faster. Good luck!

The issue is a very simple one. There are two components that must be addressed for adequately treating facial wrinkles; a dynamic component, I.e. the movement of the underlyiing muscles of facial expression that give rise to the frown lines, crow's feet lines and in this case, the forehead "worry lines.,' and the static component, meaning the creases in the skiin that have been etched in to the overlying "fabric" of the skin arising from years of daily movement, hundreds of times per day, for many years.
So, in order to get smooth skin, BOTH issues need to be addressed. By analogy with wrinkled clothing, it would not be enough to get rid of creases in clothing, it would not be enough to stop physically folding the clothing, you would need to iron the wrinkle out, as well.
So, Botox, Dysport, etc to treat the dynamic component that led to the wrinkles in the first place, and an appropriate low viscosity, cohesive, malleable HA filler (not an HA skinbooster) can be used to elevate and smooth the residual static creases. In general, only one treatment session of the Dysport should have been needed to quell the muscular component, not several sessions.
You would be wise to make sure to consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist injector expert and best of luck.

You appear to have static lines in your forehead. Dysport will stop the muscle movement in the area however, if you are sleeping on that side then the crease is considered static now. Microneedling would help soften this line. I would start there before a hydration injection.

Neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau, Daxxify) work by reducing movements that cause wrinkles. Raising your eyebrows is a movement that creates fine horizontal lines that eventual become etched in. Using Dysport can very successfully reduce the movement but once a line is etched in it is unlikely to go away completely. Consider treatments that will boost your natural collagen and help to erase those fine etched in lines. Laser resurfacing such as Clear and Brilliant (gentle) or Fraxel (more aggressive) are good choices. I also like the results from radiofrequency microneedling!
I am not a fan of filler injections for very fine lines as over filling is a risk.
Remember, the line was caused by movement so don't stop your Dysport treatments!

Neuromodulators such as Dysport impact the ability of a muscle to contract. If you no longer have the ability to animate then the Dysport is in full effect. The lines that remain will not improve with further neuromodulator treatment, but you may see improvement with treatments that help improve overall skin tone and texture.
