I keep seeing before and after photos from other PS Centers where only 1 treatment and the results are outstanding. And I continue to read that most patients need only 1 treatment. I was pretty swollen for about 4 days, and the pinkness/redness was gone after about a week. My skin peeled on day 2 and peeled for about 2-3 days total. I SWEAR I see more fine lines now than before I had the treatment. And the skin seems to be pulling in toward my inner eye making more lines?
It started about one month after the treatment. I noticed my whole face looking tan and it was the dead of winter when I have minimal sun exposure. It soon became clear that it was the treated area getting darker. The untreated areas around the eyes kept their normal skin tone. I also still have vet fine grid patterns that have not totally faded. What could the darkening if the skin be and how could it be treated? Should grid pattern be gone? Doctor advised continual sunscreen.
4 months ago I had upper/lower bleph, fat transfer (FAMI technique), and CO2 laser resurfacing under eyes. I still have 1 big bag under my right eye. My doc wants to do another laser treatment to tighten area. Is this safe to do after fat transfer? Mark Glasgold, a fat transfer expert, recommended against this on another post, stating There is no question that you may negatively impact the result of the fat graft with resurfacing, but other doctors disagree. Seeking other opinions.
