What can be done to correct textured skin after fraxel co2 laser? (photo)

I had a procedure in Switzerland called "Fraxel Repair" in 2/24. It has been 4 months, and I am dismayed by the fact that this miracle laser has seemingly ruined my skin. I am 55, and have always had skin like velvet. I was advised to do this by more than a few people in order to maintain a face lift that I got in 2/23. I thought I would wait it out, but just took a selfie and I am really really sad about this. I am afraid to do anything else to my face except M8, and only on the jaw.
