I am a healthy 28-year-old. I was a 34 DD before having kids. I am 5'3" and weigh 150 lbs. I have 10 more lbs to go before I meet with a surgeon. My breasts used to be firm, perky and although large, very nice. Now they are saggy, huge and limp.I would like to get a breast lift and breast reduction. I have BCBS of NJ, but live in Las Vegas. I will be done nursing in March. They are now larger than a 36F. Whats the next step? I want to be a 34 large C. I am wearing pink in the photo.
Hello, i have an upcoming reduction surgery and im trying to gauge what size i will end up. 5 ft short, 150 lbs, 36G. Plan is to remove 600 grams from each breast. I want to aim for a B/C but they told me it will most likely be C/D. D scares me and trying to see the likelihood of ending up a C cup. Dense breast tissue that slightly deflated after 60+lbs weight loss. No cup size difference when lost weight, just band size. Thank you so much for your input
Hi, I got a breast reduction on July 18, 2022. Unfortunately I've gained about 30 lbs since the beginning of this year due to medications and have been having a hard time losing it, I'm about the same weight I was when I had my first consultation. My breasts have grown due to the weight gain but aren't as big as they were before my reduction. Is it likely that I can lose the breast fat I gained by losing weight? Other info: F22 by end of July, 5'5, 140 - 150 lbs
I am 21 with no kids and no plan to have any but i feel my breasts look like they sag more than the average 21 year old and it effects my confidence. Im not sure if a reduction or a lift would help give me a more proportional chest. I feel like there is more skin than breast tissue and i am unsure if it would still be considered a breast reduction or if a lift is more likely.
I'm a 5'5 155lb 40yo white F. I am relatively sedentary & trying to maintain weight/lose belly fat on a 1200 calorie 30%carb, 20%protien & 50%healhy fat macro diet rcmmd'd by a dietitian years ago. I'm having a breast reduction in April (34G to 34C/D). What type of diet (food, calories, macros, etc) should I follow during the recovery period to help my body best heal while not packing on lbs or belly fat? Especially during the extra sedentary 1st & 2nd wk?
I had my first BR 10 years ago but it was like I didnt get a BR (32H, 150lb, 58). I found out that the surgeon only removed 150 grams from each breast. Now I am considering a 2nd breast reduction. I have been told that they may only be able to take another 150-250 grams off bc of blood supply to the nipples. I want to reduce my 50% but am not sure now if a 2nd BR is worth it. Some surgeons seem to imply I can reduce as much as I want? So which is it? Help!
5'0, size 38DD, around 165-170 lbs. It's been years that I've had to handle this consistent issue of bad posture and constantly grabbing, scratching and picking at my own chest out of aggravation and I want as much possible removed. Would Anthem Blue Cross qualify it as medically necessary?
