I had a breast lift and I am truly unhappy with the results. I've always been a large breasted woman-- as a Teen I wore a 34F and that was barely fitting in the cup. I've always had fairly symmetrical breasts. I gained-- and lost weight plus had kids since then. I really needed a lift-- however-- six weeks out and one breast is almost square-- nipple is higher-- plus-- My breasts are tiny. Maybe a size 34 C. Maybe. Can the size and shape be fixed without implants?
Age - 23, no pregnancy. Reduction/lift from D/DD to B cup in 2014. Raised white scarring visible due to wide set breasts. Notable nipplering scar. Stretching of scar in the center. Unhappy with how breasts have settled post-surgery. Can any improvements be made and how? Surgically or with dermatology?
I got a breast lift 1.5 years ago & am unhappy with my results. I asked for my nipples to be tilted slightly upward & not positioned so low/close to the IMF. I got neither of these things along with no significant lift. My boobs are uneven & droopy. Is there anything I can do? I think the surgeon knows he messed up since he offered to redo the surgery for free but Id still have the pay the OR fee and anesthesia which would be like 5,000. I am only 22 & theyre so saggy.
In March 2021 I had my implants removed, a capsulectomy and a breast lift. I'm beyond happy with my size now, however I'm unsatisfied with the shape of my breasts. I find that the medial part of my lower breast is already bubbling/sagging, and the tissue in general seems flat/shallow and almost appears to be sliding into my armpit area (almost reminds me of a sumo wrestlers chest if that makes sense?). Could I have another breast lift to correct this? TY!
Ideally I wish to have a breast lift but am very nervous about the scar left. I am a 34B and do not wish to be any bigger, I just want firm breasts instead of empty sacks. I had wanted to get a fat transfer only to improve fullness but I have a feeling a doctor will say that they require a lift really? I assume if I had a lift that I may reduce from a B cup as Id lose skin so does that mean Id need a very small implant to orcould a fat transfer work as I definitely know I do not want a bigger bust.
I underwent vertical mastopexy by a highly-recommended plastic surgeon and am pleased with my overall results, but unhappy with the excess skin/tissue remaining under each breast. My surgeon is performing an in-office skin excision which I am told will easily solve this problem and not extend the vertical scar very much. Would you recommend this course of action? Are there alternatives to consider? Will this achieve my desired result of normal looking breasts?
I'm 2 mos. post-op from a vertical mastopexy. I feel that my breasts look very bizarre. My nipples point in an upward direction and are placed too high on the breast. Also, my right breast is assymetrically shaped in comparison to the left one. I voiced my concerns to the Dr. at my 3 wk post-op visit. He brushed them aside and said that the nipples had been correctly placed and that the right breast was just larger. Did something go wrong with the mastopexy and if so, can things be fixed?
