8mpo BL/BA 5'2 138 lbs 470cc/440cc hp Sientra 106 utm. I am posting my before and 6mpo photos side by side. I feel like my surgeon should honor my revision insurance and do a more aggressive life on both breasts. Do to the shape of my right breast he does agree that he needs to revise that lift. He says the left breast is fine however, it sits exactly the same as before surgery just fuller on top. I need help knowing how to advocate for myself and another opinion about the lift.
Original implants done April '23 are 350cc moderate plus profile placed over the muscle and I want to go up to probably 450-500cc, but not sure if just implants will give the result I want or exaggerate the parts I dislike. My main goal is to fill in the middle so that they're less triangular and to add roundness to the top (plus I just want them bigger). Would going high profile with the new implants help? Do you think it's true that 350 was the largest I could have gone on my first surgery?
Hello, I got a breast lift (anchor) with saline implants (450cc) I know its common for incisions to be itchy because of the healing. But Im not just itchy on the incisions... its mostly on the sides of breast where there isnt any incisions. I was getting burning sensations last week and now its just itchy. Is this normal 6 weeks post op? I have some redness but when I seen my dr 2 weeks ago he told me the redness was from my skin stretching due to my large implant. Any suggestions?
I am a 43 yo mother of two (411/107 lbs) scheduled for a lift with augmentation up to 450cc. I was set on going saline however, my dr suggested textured silicone for anything over 400cc. i am on the fence as the textured silicone has had an albeit very small percentage of cancer risk, but I am told that going saline at the size risks sagging. I am currently a large C cup and a significant amount of breast tissue will remain after the lift. Would you suggest the same?
Hi. I I-had breast augmentation with lift 450cc round high profile implants. With a infra-areolar incision. The doctor said I had a mild sag which could be corrected with this lift instead of a full one. My left boob appears to be sitting higher, and my nipple facing down. It looks considerably different to my right. Do I need to wait it out? I am 6 months post op. And I went from a B/C cup to a DD
Hi, Im 35yrs old, I have 2 boys, both were breast fed until they turned 1. I've always been had small breasts, 34A. I want to have implants now that im done having babies. At my appt i was told needed a lift. My breasts do sag but after looking thru pictures on this site, I saw alot of women who had breasts that sagged way more then mine do and they didnt have a lift done. I also chose a 495cc high profile, Im 5'3 133 lbs.
Ive seen 2 surgeons and one said he would avoid a lift and use 410cc - 475cc implants which would give me a good result. The other said I need a lift with a much smaller implant like 250cc. My desired look is big fake looking breasts. So I know I dont want a small implant.
Im having a breast lift with implants, due to sagging and obvious asymmetry. I am 53, 125lbs, currently in 32DDD bra. I had my pre-op and choose 450cc silicone implants (425cc in the left/smaller boob) to achieve 32D/32DD. He will have to take much more tissue from the right to make them symmetrical. Im concerned the 450/425 cc will be too big? Will that get me 32D/32DD? I dont want to be DDD after the lift; I prefer more manageable breast size.
Hello,I am 5'2, 127 lbs & having an anchor lift with high profile, silicone implants in January. Before breastfeeding, I was a 32D. Now I'm a deflated 34C. I'm thinking the 400-450cc range after trying on sizers... but I'm also nervous about being too big, or looking overweight. I've attached a goal photo, front photo and side profile
