Hello! I have been hearing more and more about possibility that sauna can melt the implants. I would realy appreciate a proffesional either to confirm or debunk this. Hot sauna (over 200 F) and cold plunge were my routine almost everyday but I have stopped since I heard about a possibility to melt my implants. I have done mine in May of 2020, 750cc each of gummy bear. Thank you
everything looks great and my doctor said from day one I did amazing with surgery and healed so fast and perfectly. He said I could workout and go in the hot tub but he wants me to wait a total of 3months after before entering the sauna or steam room! I feel like that is unusually long and I would really like to go in! It has been a little over 2 months now. Please tell me Im ok to go to the spa?
I just bought a near and far infrared sauna. I have silicone implants. I read that near can penetrate to the muscle and had lots of benefits involving skin improvements , cellulite improvements etc. I just sat in my sauna at 34 c for 40 min. My chest is not warm but inside my breast feel warm still. Will the near rays penetrate and break down the integrity is the implant shell over time ? If not would the heat alone?
