Steam rooms, saunas, jacuzzi's, hot baths will not affect your implants wheather they are saline or silicone gel. Your core body temperature (where the implants are) will remain within a few degrees of normal regardless of the outside temperature. Make sure you check with your plastic surgeon.  It does depend on how long after surgery you are planning on doing this activity.  It also depends on how much swelling you have.  Most surgeons would recommend anywhere from 4-6 weeks after surgery.

After about 6 weeks most surgeon release their patients to full activities.  Discuss with your surgeon.
