I had breast implants 6 years ago and have recently noticed a hard lump on the side of my left breast. No swelling, no change in shape/size, no pain. I looked into removal but cannot afford this right now. Should I be worried about the lump, could it go just go away with time? Please advise.
Hello, I had a breast uplift with implants 6 years ago. I have in the last few months noticed a growing lump which is now protruding out and is extremely visible. The large lump is hard but pops in and out when pushed. There are several lumps around the breast. There is an unusual dimple like crater where my lollipop scar heads vertical beneath my nipple. I have had no falls or injury or trauma. My surgeon has since passed away and the clinic has closed. What steps shall i take next? Ty.
I noticed recently a tender lump under my left armpit/breast area. I am 4 months post op from my surgery (under muscle silicone 350cc) and saw my PS yesterday for follow up. He felt it and believes its a swollen lymph node and that I should follow up with my Gyno. I am going to call first thing in the morning but I am worried. Is this something to be concerned about? Do they normally go down on their own? Would massaging them help?
I'm not sure if my saline breast implants (under muscle) are related but after breastfeeding now for the past year, I've been having breast tenderness/soreness whenever i move my arms and my breast rubs on something inside. It feels like there is a lump in between my implants and chest wall. I can't feel a lump on my breast, just can feel it inside whenever i move a certain way, feels like my implants/tissue rubs against each other and "clicks". Any ideas? Went for an Ultrasound and nothing.
I had 350cc under the muscle after 10 days I healed really well I never see my surgeon the day I went back but I saw the nurse who was happy with them. I have this weird lump under my right breast kind of where my incision is which you can see more from the side.ive tried to add a few photos from 10 days on wards. Thank you
I am close to 4 months post op, I had 560cc, silicone, placed under the muscle, with the incisions under my breasts. I noticed today that when I lift my arm up, a lump appears on my incision. Getting to my PS is a 4 hour trip, so I'd love to get some opinions on here before making the journey.
Hi, I am 33 yrs old. I have mentors gummy bear textured tear drop implants, 500cc. I am 1yr and 4 months post op. I can feel (not see) large lumps in my left breast. 3 total, 2 being new recently.I am out of state and can not see my doctor.I pulled a stitch a day after surgery. It healed slower and left a knot/lump under my nipple that can be felt.My left breast will swell and look square.I feel a burning and itching feeling . I know I need to see a doctor for a MRI.
I did breast mammogram last year & found out I have 3 tiny lumps, size smaller than a cm. I have breast implants. doctor said these lumps Are very close to the implants, a few millimeters. He suggest to remove my implants so I can do biopsy. Is it possible to do biopsy with breast implants if the lumps are very close to the implants? This doctor suggest to talk to another doctor who have experience with implants. I am very worried if I have to remove the implants or not?
I am age 50, 5'5", 126 lbs, fit, thin-skinned. Eight months ago I had 375 cc saline implants replaced with cohesive gel implants of 425 cc. A visible round lump can be seen and felt on my left breast at about 10 o'clock. I had it checked out and it's benign. The plastic surgeon believes it is buckling due to the weight of the larger implant, my skin sagging with age and pocket size. This breast does sits slightly lower. Options offered were to ignore it or have a breast lift. Should the surgeon have checked the problem more thoroughly?
