Swollen lymph node in armpit 4 months after breast augmentation? Is this something to be concerned about?

I noticed recently a tender lump under my left armpit/breast area. I am 4 months post op from my surgery (under muscle silicone 350cc) and saw my PS yesterday for follow up. He felt it and believes it’s a swollen lymph node and that I should follow up with my Gyno. I am going to call first thing in the morning but I am worried. Is this something to be concerned about? Do they normally go down on their own? Would massaging them help?
