Should I be worried about this lump 6 years after getting breast implants?

I had breast implants 6 years ago and have recently noticed a hard lump on the side of my left breast. No swelling, no change in shape/size, no pain. I looked into removal but cannot afford this right now. Should I be worried about the lump, could it go just go away with time? Please advise.
